Eligibility & Verification
Who is Eligible to Join?
To ensure safety and zero hemolysis during venipuncture, we require formal qualification and valid government identification.
Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT) or Nursing (GNM/ANM) from a recognized state paramedical council or university.
Minimum 6 months of clinical venipuncture experience in a hospital, diagnostic laboratory, or blood bank.
Two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with valid Driving License and smartphone for cold-chain data synchronization.
Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and clean local background check for home visits.
